Mark , Owner

Mark started a solo mobile repair service after working in the industry for 20+ years, building a foundation and establishing Mark Townsend's RV Service Inc. in 2012 with the foundation of honesty and integrity that still remains today.

Mark is a family man married with one daughter, two step children and an abundance of grandchildren. Mark enjoys his free time hosting friends and family gatherings, loves to use his Trager! Spends his time in the winter months enjoying camping trips to the desert for off-roading with family and friends and spends the summer months enjoying being the captain on his boat with family and friends at the River and lakes. Family and God mean everything to Mark!

Jeremy, Lead Tech

Jeremy has been employed with Mark Townsend for over 10 years. Jeremy, started in the shop working side by side with Mark to moving onto road service. Jeremy specializes in mobile repairs, when he is not completing jobs on the road, he continues to work in-shop specializing in Roofs. AC's, and Furnace repairs.

Jeremy spends his free time with his daughter, enjoying camping and Jeeping together.

Aaron, Tech

Arron has been employed with Mark Townsend for over 5 years. Aaron Specializes in Appliance Services, Generator Services, Wheel Packs, and Fabrication. Aaron is the primary technician in shop and occasionally accompanies Jeremy on road service.

Aaron spends his free time with friends and family, and enjoys taking to the mountains during winter months to snowboard and enjoys dirtbiking. Aaron spends summers fishing and surfing.

Jessica, Admin

Jessica has been employed with Mark Townsend for 5 years, with over 10 years experience in the repair industry. Jessica is the voice and face of Mark Townsend RV Service, and specializes in writing claims, parts, and communications with venders and appraisers.

Jessica spends her free time with her family enjoying camping, boating, and Jeeping.

Nichole, Admin Lead

Nichole has been employed with Mark Townsend for over 5 years, spends 2-3 days a week working with her step father, specializing in operations and financials. Nichole spends her other days working as a Nurse in the Emergency Department.

Nichole spends her free time with her family and friends enjoying camping and trips to the lake. Nichole loves to garden and raise her chickens (She has a lot of Chickens!)
